First Fruits

First Fruits offering is a biblical principal that we follow and provide the opportunity for Compass members to take part in annually. It is a practical way to show our trust & faith is in God, our provider. Through our giving, we partner with what God is doing in and through His Church & the extension of His Kingdom:

He said therefore, “What is the kingdom of God like? And to what shall I compare it? It is like a grain of mustard seed that a man took and sowed in his garden, and it grew and became a tree, and the birds of the air made nests in its branches.” – LUKE 13:18-19

Our faith offering will be planting seeds into:

1. New Connections: we love the connections built around the coffee machine each week & after 15 years, it is time to upgrade our machine to continue to create a place for people to connect & experience Compass hospitality.
2. New Growth: one of the greatest expressions of our faith is through our worship and as our team is growing, so is the need for a new sound desk to allow for the growth & expansion in our team both now & in the future.
3. New Generations: our heart is to provide spaces that our kids can connect, grow in their faith & have a love for God’s house. Your giving will contribute to being able to revamp our kids ministry areas and sow into the generations here with us now and in the years to come!
