Mark and Bernie are the senior pastors of Compass Church. Mark has been in full time pastoral ministry for over 20 years and has a passion to teach people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ who carry the life-changing message of Jesus to the world. Mark is a dynamic communicator and anointed worship leader who has a heart to see people encounter God’s presence both through the teaching of God’s Word and through worship. Bernie comes with many years of experience in church leadership, overseeing events and hospitality, and supports the wider community of ACC pastors and churches in her roles in ACC Vic. Both Mark and Bernie are known for their sense of humour, hospitality, and their love for people. Together, Mark and Bernie have raised 3 wonderful children, Madison, Noah, and Charlotte.
