A fantastic morning in the house with Ps Phill sharing Part one of our WHY NOT series! There may have been instances when people or circumstances have told you why 2012 can’t be a good year. Based on 2 Samuel 23:8-12. Phill shared how Shammah boldly stood alone in the middle of a lentil field to fight off the Philistine army. When everybody else ran, he took a stand. We were encouraged that when opposition comes, there is also opportunity. In order to have a great victory, there has to be a great battle. Shammah was never alone because we read that God brought about a great victory. We decided to make a stand and believe for a WHY NOT year in God. We were challenged to stand and fight for what is right.
